Call the library 757-2151 to sign up to see our group of Young Historians perform tomorrow (Friday, August 3rd). There will be performances at 5 PM, or 6 PM or 7 PM. There is only room for about 20-25 at each performance, so sign up early. We have children/teens playing the following La Cygne characters. We will have Lois Irwin telling about the bedroom set, Del Brown telling about the Victrol, Esther Shields talking about the clock, Blind Johnny Smith talking about fixing watches and radios, Babe Croxton talking about the Japanese gun he got in WWII, Marge Tribby talking about the telephone switchboard, Opal Miller talking about her permanant wave machine, Emma Conley talking about her fancy paper fan, Bob Conley talking about his father’s hunting horn, Edna Arzberger talking about her brownie box camera, and Rudy Rose talking about his Flood of 51 pictures and the linotype machine. It should be an interesting and informative presentation. Call today to schedule your time to see them perform.
